Pay my bill

 

There are a number of ways you can pay your SA Ambulance Service account; we have listed these below.

Paying Your Account
 

 

  
Paying Online
 
You can pay your Ambulance cover subscription or transport invoice any time of the day, any day of the week thanks to our secure online service.
 
Choose from the following options and have your credit card handy (Master Card or Visa). Maximum online credit card payment is $2,000.
 
Ambulance Cover, to maintain your standard Ambulance Cover subscription simply pay the amount due stated at the top right hand corner of your invoice.
 
 
Ambulance Cover Plus, to include interstate coverage simply pay the Ambulance Cover Plus fee relevant to your plan which is provided at the bottom of your invoice.
 
 
 
Transport account, have your invoice handy along with the transport account number listed at the top right hand corner of our invoice.
 
 
 
 
 
 
If you have registered with your financial institution, you can pay your Ambulance Cover subscription or transport invoice using their BPAY facility either over the telephone or their website.
Your SA Ambulance Service – Ambulance Cover biller code is 24075.
Your SA Ambulance Service Transport biller code is 24083.
Your reference number for BPAY is located near the BPAY logo on the front of your SA Ambulance tax Invoice.

Paying by Phone – Bpoint*
 
Call 1300 276 468 (Bpoint) to pay your Ambulance Cover subscription or transport invoice using Visa or Mastercard 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Have your invoice and credit card details ready. *Payments can only be made in full. For any changes to your Ambulance Cover subscription details please contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 136 272 during office hours.
 
 
Paying in Person
 
Ambulance Cover Subscriptions - Present your invoice and payment to any One Spot Billpay Australia Post or National Pharmacy outlet.
Transport Invoice – Present your transport invoice and payment to any One Spot Billpay Australia Post outlet.
 
 
Paying by Mail
 
Complete the Remittance Advice on the front of your Ambulance Cover subscription or transport account and return it along with your cheque*, money order* or credit card details using the re-usable envelope provided.
*Must be made payable to SA Ambulance Service
